Barb LeClair is a dynamic facilitator, leadership coach, and former Deputy Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Training Center, where she led operations, marketing, and a team of 20 for nearly a decade. With more than 20 years of Federal government experience, including roles at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Barb has built a career centered on developing people and strengthening organizations through strategic learning.

She holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University. Barb is also a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She is known for designing and delivering high-impact workshops that elevate self-awareness, strengthen team collaboration, and support personal and professional presence.
